Previously, players had to wait until the end of the month for their Tier status to be reviewed and updated. But not anymore!
With the Daily Tier Upgrade in place, your reward points are evaluated every day, and you get upgraded at the end of the day if you meet the criteria for a higher Tier. Whether you’re aiming for Gold, Platinum, or Black, your gameplay efforts are now rewarded daily.

- What is the Daily Tier Upgrade at Rummy Passion?
It’s a new system in the Passion Rewards Program where your Tier status is evaluated every 24 hours. If your Current Tier Reward Points exceed the requirement for the higher Tier, you’ll be upgraded automatically the next day.
- What are Reward Points?
Once you make your first deposit and play cash games, you’re automatically in the Passion Rewards Loyalty Program. You earn reward points based on rake (the platform fees), with rates increasing as you move through loyalty tiers.
- How can I upgrade my Tier?
Continue playing and earning reward points. Once your current Tier Reward Points meet or exceed the threshold for the next Tier, your Tier will be automatically upgraded within the next 24 hours.
- Do I need to do anything manually to upgrade?
No. The upgrade process is fully automated. Once you meet the required reward point threshold, your Tier upgrade will happen automatically the next day.
- What are the minimum reward point thresholds for each Tier?
- Silver Tier – Entry as soon as first deposit is made
- Gold Tier – 1,250 reward points
- Platinum Tier – 6,000 reward points
- Black Tier – 20,000 reward points
Players can Skip Tiers if they accumulate points that qualify them directly for a higher Tier.
- When will my Tier expire?
Your Tier will remain active for 3 months plus the remaining days of the current month from the day you entered it. For example, if you enter a Tier on July 5th, it will expire on October 31.
- Can my Tier be downgraded?
Yes. If you don’t meet the required reward points to maintain your Tier by the expiry date, you’ll be downgraded by one Tier in the hierarchy.
- Where can I see my progress?
Your current Tier, reward point progress, and requirements for the next Tier can be tracked in the Reward Points section in the app.
